Privacy notice
This notice applies to the SmokeMetrics landing experiment smokemetrics-pilot (v1). It is an operational draft for the pilot and does not replace formal legal counsel.
What we collect
When you submit SmokeCheck we process the fields you provide (idea description, target customer, market, price, stage, email, and any optional fields) plus basic attribution parameters such as UTMs if present in the URL.
Why we process it
To deliver your preliminary Pre-SmokeScore, contact you about the result, and — only if relevant — discuss a diagnostic or SmokeTest.
Consent
SmokeCheck requires explicit consent to contact you and acknowledgement of this notice before submission.
Retention
Pilot retention is limited to what is needed to run smokemetrics-pilot. You may request deletion of your lead data.
